At Caseoz UK we offer a select range of items that can be ordered in (Buy-In, Pre-Orders) specifically for our customers, for delivery at a later time. Buy-In's and Pre-orders allow our customers to purchase items that are not stocked items on our website and items that are made to order or soon to be released or limited edition items.

When placing a Buy-In/Pre-Order order on our website the item/s ordered will be ordered in for you specifically and delivered to you within a time frame that will be advised on the items product page.

Please note: Once a Buy-In/Pre-order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order as Caseoz UK are specifically ordering in these items to fulfill the order. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct item/s before placing an order. Please contact us prior to placing a Buy-In/Pre-Order should you have any questions.

By placing a Buy-In/Pre-Order you agree that you understand the order cannot be cancelled and the order will not be dispatched immediately and the order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the item/s into our warehouse.

An email with tracking information will be emailed upon shipment of the order.
